Job Description:

• Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
• Develop the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Company executives.
• Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from Accounts Department.
• Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.

Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics or related field.
• Previous experience of end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations.
• Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
