The Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for forecasting and budgeting of companywide financials including financial statements, SaaS metrics, and business unit KPIs. This high visible role will provide business partnering support to the Leadership team, Board of Directors, and Investors. This is a tremendous opportunity to scale the FP&A operations of a fast-growing Series B company backed by Tiger Global and Vista Equity.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as and when required
What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field
MBAs and/or Chartered Accountants are preferred
5 – 7 years of FP&A experience and business partnering
SaaS industry experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
Highly skilled in data visualization and FP&A systems
