JD:
– Research and analyze social media trends.
– Social Media Activity Management for Company & Client.
– To coordinate with the back-end team for quick redressal/response on escalated posts.
– To post approved content on all social media accounts. (Posts & Stories)
– To respond, track and close the loop of each post/feed.
– Enhance reach by sharing and commenting on social media channels.
– Monitoring, responding to and communicating with the online community.
– Manage all Social Media channels to sustain an engaging audience.
– Increase visibility, membership and traffic, likes, followers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
– Generating Leads through Social Media for companies & clients.

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

License/Certification:
