Job Description

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• University degree or college of higher education in IT
• 8+ years of experience in a Cloud Operations role
• Experience in operating either AWS or Azure cloud stacks
• Experience in infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code technologies
• Attracted by international multicultural teamwork, English is a must
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
• Linux administration experience
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools and log aggregation (DataDog, Grafana, Graylog, ELK)
• Networking skills like routing, firewalling

Additionally, the following professional skills are a big plus:

• Experience with VCS, preferably GIT
• Operating experience with Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, MySQL, NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch
• Experience with JVM based applications
• Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet
• Experience with Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Working knowledge in a scripting language (Python, Shell)
• Operating experience with Talend ESB/Apache Karaf/OSGI

OPPORTUNITY

• Setup and operate our Monitoring solution
• Support our Project Teams with administration and operational tasks for the projects.
