What you will do? :

1. Ensuring that Fullstack education is attracting the best talent across the company.

2. Help create and drive the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

3. Delivering on monthly recruitment targets set by the management.

4. Onboarding new recruitment agencies, working with them, and ensuring that our recruitment mandates

are getting fulfilled as per the SLA.

5. Partner with leadership to drive the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development.

6. Collaborate with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams

7. Extend support in managing and developing our work culture.

Competencies :

• Experience with prior HR internships.

• Excellent understanding of HR best practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Should have passion for HR in general and take initiatives to make the workplace more engaging.
