and systems and be responsible for keeping knowledge up to date.

Handle all concerns and complaints professionally while adhering to
timelines.

Organize workload in order to meet customer requirements as efficiently as
possible, adhering to quality and quantity.

Follow all Company as well as Apple guidelines at all times.
