Full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday 9AM-7PM pacific time (PST).

MUST be able to stay up all night and sleep during the day.

The ideal candidate should be extremely personable and professional at all times. We are only looking for applicants who need long-term employment. Must be fluent in English. speaking Punjabi would be beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inbound call inquiries promptly
• Maintain updated information including the status of leads in the client management system
• Arrange registration for new prospects
• Facebook communication and updates
• Pleasant telephone manner and professional demeanor
• Strong ability to multitask and work in a busy deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

Excellent command in English and well-spoken

A positive Team member

Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Organized and self-motivated

Responsible and prompt Internet savvy
