Requirement For Production Manager Press Shop In Gurgaon

Experience – 7 Years Above

Should have relevant automobile industry experience

Desired profile – area of expertise / knowledge:

To take charge of overall press shop department and to follow standards of press shop requirements.
Coordination with departments such as store, Maintenance/ quality / design.
Manage the permanent as well as casual workers to achieve monthly production Targets
To take Bought Out / required parts from stores and process the parts as per approved drawing
To use proper tools and tackles for cutting and bending of all parts with
To reduce the scrap and rejection.
To minimize production time and stop any rework
To improve overall efficiency of press shop activity
To follow strictly quality standards
To identify training requirements of team members
Coordination with Material Handling department.
Effective and proactive communication with cross function team members
Conduct in-house trainings for improving press shop operation
Ensuring high level of housekeeping of press shop area
Cost saving / Reduction in wastage.
Material planning for press shop.
Preparing monthly production plan, manpower planning, generate monthly production report

Operating / Technical Skill Requirement :

Ability to understand and interpret drawings
Ability to handle all press shop related work such as cutting, bending, debarring, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
