Job Description

The position is for an IT Systems Analyst within Order to Cash – Order Execution Team. The role of the Systems Analyst focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users’ needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization’s information systems architecture. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Analyze, clarify, translate business requirements into technical or process specifications, and conduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutions. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support. Identifying data needed to model business requirements, develop data architecture to support the requirements. Identifying user interface needs and design/develop them to meet user requirements Supporting and partnering with application users to explain results and resolve any data and system issues Look for opportunities to automate business processes with technology and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Motivated and committed to teamwork. Highly collaborative and detailed oriented Troubleshoots issues to find the root cause and recommend solutions Strong desire to learn and internalize the business. Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience on SAP Order management processes and some basic knowledge on Logistics & SAP Event Management. Solid knowledge on SAP Sales & Distribution module especially in areas like Pricing ,Tax & Billing . SAP Commerce Cloud knowledge & implementation experience will be an added advantage. Must have a long history showing adaptableness and flexibility Must have a growth mindset, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude in a rapidly changing environment Strong analytical skills with knowledge of common business processes. SaaS solution knowledge and integration with on-prem / cloud is an added advantage. Frontend and backend test automation knowledge is required. Experience in Agile methodologies and scrum framework is a must. Should be good at production support process, ticket management, troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis. Good verbal and written communication are a must. Should be self-reliant, enthusiastic, quick learner and a good team player Inside this Business Group
