• Share the workload of managing additional business in PPM

• Focus to deal with issues specific to the group

• Efficiently deal with the concerns or complexities of a newly integrated organisation

• Settle down into BU IBHR role for EAM team

• Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce

• Partner with HR COE Teams to drive strategic HR agenda and initiatives

• Implement new policies, procedures, and programs in support of business

• Provide employees with HR policy guidance

• Actively participate in relevant team environments and engage across different teams, manage performance, talent retention, career planning and talent development

• Ability to understand the business metrics to drive appropriate outcomes

• Strong analytical skills with experience of managing and analyzing data

• Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information

MBA in HR

• Min 6-8 years of HR Operations & Business partnering experience in IT

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent people management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
