341355BR Job ID: 341355BR Job Description: 180+ Procurement associates at Procurement Capability Center at Hyderabad, one of the Global Hub responsible for the execution of strategic and operational activities. Strategic activities include Global Category Management and Data & Analytics, while Operational activities include Third Party Risk Management, Tactical buying, and Centre of Excellences for eSourcing, Contracts, Content, Project Management & Operational Excellence Your responsibilities include but not limited to : • The eSourcing Specialist assists in the execution of sourcing projects to enable the delivery of savings to the respective categories through closely working with Category Managers globally. • Proactively work with category managers to understand the sourcing strategy • Define and implement the right strategy (RFX, types of eAuctions etc.) for specific eSourcing events by working with category managers and buyers. • Manage eSourcing template repository • Setup and execute eAuction events and eSourcing end-to-end, enabling optimal cost reduction and avoidance • Manage eSourcing and event reporting activities • Manage technical questions from users’ side. Train vendors and stakeholders of the usage of RFX tools (RFI, RFQ,RFP, e-auctions) • Support preparing and providing summary of RFx outcome and recommendation to award. • Disseminate knowledge about advanced eSourcing optimization technics nnnn Position Title: eSourcing Specialist Minimum requirements: • 2 years of experience of working in a global environment in a similar position of advantage. • Experience with eSourcing tools (e.g. ARIBA, Keelvar, advanced sourcing). • Experience in defining the right eSourcing strategies. • Experience of working in Procurement operations. • Experience in reporting & analytics tools.
