International Youth Club Looking For Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Full Time
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Work India, Apna)
- Screening incoming resumes and application forms
- Interviewing candidates (via phone and video)
- Taking care of new joiner’s documents and recruitment activities
- Preparing offer letter, appointment letter, etc.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment
