Roles & Responsibility:
Installing and Configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux & Centos 7
Configuring Network Yum Repository Server & Client
Configuring sFTP
OS Hardening
Restrict Direct Root Access & allowing switch user access to limited users
Update & patch the OS
Integrating Centos & Redhat Servers with Windows Active Directory
Set umask as per user’s policy
Create & Manage Users
Allowing Administrative Privileges to users
Create, Extend & Reduce LVM
Configuring NTP Server & Clients
Increasing swap partition
Troubleshoot
Configuring Vsftpd, SAMBA & NFS Server
Installing & configuring rsyslog Server
Set Grub password & configuring Kernel parameters
Open the port in Firewall as per user requirement
Setting the limit of number files & process as per user requirement
Disabling and blacklisting USB driver.
Basic Competency requirement:
Basic Knowledge of VMWare.
Basic Knowledge of Storage.
Basic knowledge of any monitoring tools.
Basic knowledge of AWS cloud.
