Recruitments & Compensation –Source candidates , Conduct preliminary interviews ,Discuss the salary and work out the fitments ,Conduct reference checks, Prepare offer letters

On boarding process –Employee documents,Opening bank accounts,Prepare the induction schedule- service wise, Conduct induction for HR policies

Payroll Management- Attendance & leave records,,Processing salaries in the software,Ensure statutory payments and compliances – PT, PF, ESIC, TDS Returns,Compute Full & final settlements

Performance Management, Appraisal & Training- performance review , Performance improvement plans,Reward & recognition

Employee Engagement –Plan and present various employee engagement activities,Conduct the activities ,HR connect activities

HRMIS -Maintain the HR MIS on-Employee details, Employee salaries, Attrition rate, Recruitment cost

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
