Job Description: Logistic Manager (Tally & Dispatch)

Position: Logistic Manager

Company Overview:
We are a distributor of servo oil located in Bidkin, A.bad. We are currently seeking a Logistic manager with knowledge of Tally software, experience in dispatch operations, and manageable English language skills.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute logistics operations for timely delivery of goods.

Use Tally software to manage inventory records, generate invoices, and track shipments.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to schedule deliveries efficiently.

Write and reply to emails professionally and effectively.

Prepare accurate dispatch documentation, including delivery orders, waybills, and invoices.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

Conduct quality checks to verify product accuracy and condition prior to dispatch.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the dispatch process.

Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize costs and enhance efficiency.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide delivery updates and address concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Tally software for inventory management and accounting.

Previous experience in dispatch operations, preferably in logistics or distribution.

Effective communication skills in manageable English, both spoken and written.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for efficient logistics handling.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Physical fitness for manual tasks associated with logistics operations.
