Purpose:

As a member of the Information Security Development group, you will help design and develop software.

• Design, integrate, develop, configure, release enterprise Information Security solutions & capabilities.

• Execute the technical delivery of complex projects to meet business requirements to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate data assets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide software architectural and development skills in the delivery of IAM features.

• Deliver in accordance with IQVIA software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, which includes unit testing, code reviews, and formal validation/testing.

• Author technical documentation.

• Communicate & collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical partners, and the Info Sec project team.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software delivery, design, and development experience with a track record of successful technical software delivery

• Strong (at least 8 years) Java development experience.

• Experience with Java frameworks like Springboot

• Strong understanding of OIDC and SAML2

• Strong (at least 5 years) experience with WSO2 Identity Server

• Good understanding of web services (RESTful, Microservices)

• Strong (at least 3 years) Web application server development experience (e.g. IIS, WebLogic, or Tomcat)

• Strong (at least 3 years) experience in writing unit test cases in automated testing frameworks

• Ability to perform tasks directed by Software Delivery Lead and collaborate with project staff

• High-level of accountability and the ability to execute independently within agreed-upon timelines

• Agile development experience

Desired Technical Skills:

• Understanding of secure software development practices – AppSec

• Exposure to DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery experience

• Scripting/automation experience using Java Script, PowerShell, VBScript, python, or bash

• Understanding of authentication and authorization tools and technologies

• Security and/or regulatory experience
