Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manages the business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple related projects to deliver a desired outcome for the customer and/or business.

• Serves as the interface for multiple project Leads and makes decisions that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire program outcome.

• Provides leadership to the project Leads and teams and is an advocate for the performance of the overall program, individual projects, and success metrics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5-8 years experience.

• Significant ITSM and RFF implementation experience.

• Experience in Building the catalog items, workflows and task plans for infra ordering and provisioning.

• Functional tool specialist ServiceNow RFF & Catalogue Support of BSM availability reporting.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Significant ITSM and RFF implementation experience.

• Experience in Building the catalog items, workflows and task plans for infra ordering and provisioning.
