IQVIA Hiring for Service Management Lead at Chennai, India Full Time

• The Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in Application Support Services covering Service Management.

• Should be an ITIL V3 / V4 Expert and must have driven standardization and integration across Tiers and Service Management Processes

• Must have identified and implemented continuous improvement themes across Process , Metrics and service levels.

• Understanding of Service Now Ticket Tool is required

• Any exposure in Service Integration will be preferred

• Understanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Program/project management skills and experience advantageous.
