IRC Group Global is urgently hiring for Customer Account Manager.

Location- Delhi

Experience Required – 8 to 10 Years

Qualification– Graduation is mandatory

Industry Preferred- Logistics & Import/Export Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

· Should work closely with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd to coordinate all shipments nationally.

· Taking care of two categories of consignments which are FTL & Part Load.

· Creating and maintaining an accurate logistics master file for Distributor / Forwarders and Documentation required.

· Maintaining documents and update shipping standard operating procedures (SOPs) .

· Coordinating with operations team for both FORWARD & REVERSE movement of shipments for with in TAT deliveries.

· Coordination for both FTL & Part load process with Operations team along with branches.

· Reinforce customer satisfaction by analyzing consignments & proactively recognizing likely shortcoming for resolution. Serve with POD’s, & Audits when required.

· Support and assist any other departments in the sales, marketing and operations department as needed Must do monthly meetings with clients for business reviews.

· Making MIS on regular basis and ensure smooth running of consignments.

· Analyzing reports and MIS on weekly basis to ensure not to repeat the failures for better services.

· Coordinating with client and resolving their queries for generating maximum client satisfaction.
