Job Description:-

Keeping up-to-date with changes in Immigration laws.

You will be responsible for counselling and provide practical advise to client on various Immigration routes, via any modes- telephone, skype, email or face to face meeting.

Convert the client for immigration process with us by gaining clients confidence

Advice on overseas options available, so as to enable the client and their family to make an informed decision

Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa rules.

Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of the clients profile.

Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

Providing clients with list of all pertinent documentation.

To become an Immigration Consultant, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, team members and government authorities.

A friendly interpersonal connection with people is the key to building trust with your clients.

The prime role of the Immigration Advisor is to work towards the achievement of the sales target for oneself and the aligned team.

He/she should touch base with all the assigned leads on a daily basis as per the target given and also ensure the supporting team should do the same.

Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities

Prior experience in Immigration sales or Immigration counselling UK/Canada/Schengen countries/USA.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Familiarity with computers and the internet.

Sales oriented and target driven attitude

Outstanding verbal communication with convincing ability

Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
