Position: Business Development Manager(OEM)
At iTriangle Infotech (http://www.itriangle.in), we design, develop, and manufacture GPS GSM RFID sensor based Tracking and Monitoring Systems. In fact, we are currently the largest Indian Supplier of Vehicle Telematics End-to-End Solutions. And we proudly serve some of the biggest customers (QuessCorp, Ola, Uber, BMTC etc.) in this industry.
Telematics is the most happening and one of the hottest fields in the market right now – the applications are wide and business potential is enormous. Government of India(MoRTH) has come out with strict guidelines and specifications for the manufacture of vehicle telematics products.
iTriangle Infotech is the first Company to get the AIS 140 certification. Our Products and Solutions are certified, modular and hence well positioned to serve the wide spectrum of the target industry that includes System Integrators, Service Providers, and End Users in the segments of Logistics, Transport, Infrastructure, Mining, Water Management, Sand Management etc.

Key Responsibilities:
· OEM Sales
o To meet Automobile OEMs to explore business opportunities.
o Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events etc. to identify new markets, areas for growth, and client needs
o Generate leads by sourcing, qualifying, and building a list of potential customers
o Filter out high potential deals by analysing opportunity requirements, pre-requisites, financials, and internal priorities
o Participate in Government procurement process through tenders and RFPs
o Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
o Negotiate to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
o Increase revenues from existing accounts and win new accounts
o The position involves travelling within and outside the Country
· Brand Building
o As the face of the organisation, help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor, and customer community
o Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences when necessary
o Develop and deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations and demonstrations of iTriangle Solutions
o Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines, promotional material, and events
Basic Qualifications:
· Should be aged between 25-30 years, 2-3 years experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management. More experience is fine too
· Rich experience in exploring and developing new markets, accelerating growth & achieving desired sales goals
· Proficient at analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of sales and marketing strategies
· Proven track record of constantly surpassing sales targets
· An effective verbal and written communicator with excellent relationship, team management, and client servicing skills
· Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude
· Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Engineering degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C-level
· Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals
· Meticulous attention to detail: ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
· Telematics, Automotive, or a related industry experience a plus
· B.E Electronics & Telecommunications with MBA Marketing preferred

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
