Full Job Description
To comply with all compliances as defined under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR), 2015, Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI, any other SEBI Regulations and RBI guidelines.- To facilitate the convening of meetings and to attend Board, Committee and general meetings- Assisting to obtain approvals from the Board, general meeting, and the other Statutory authorities as may be required- Overseeing filing of all required forms and returns to ROC/other Statutory Authorities.- Ensuring maintenance of all statutory records like registers, minutes etc.- Managing the Secretarial/Compliance Audit- To assist and advise the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and in complying with the corporate governance requirements and best practices- To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the team from time to time.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceSchedule:Fixed shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Sriniwaspuri, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
