Job Description

(Primary Responsibilities)

1.Overall Management of all the HR responsibilities of Bawal Plant.

To plan, organize, coordinate and control all HR related activities for Bawal Plant and support department Head for the same.

Cross checking the Data/Files/Documentations/Bills/etc of Bawal HR Dept.

Maintain Functional Coordination with the SMD HR team.

2.Strategic HR Role

Responsible for Formulation & implementation HR Policies, Standards & Procedures

Responsible for Employee motivation, Guiding employees for their Grievance redressal and mentoring & counselling employees.

Responsible for Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition of employees.

Responsible for Issue disciplinary notices.

Responsible for Review Organizational Chart and monthly MIS.

Responsible for manpower budget in line with forecasted manpower

Responsible for conducting annual employee satisfaction survey and reporting to management

Responsible for employee communication via employee meet, open house & seedhi baat

Responsible for preparing & approval of Holiday calendar and sharing with all employees

Responsible for designing & development part of HR One software.

3. Managerial Role

3.1 Staffing- Responsible for timely recruitment of employees within budget for Bawal Plant.

• Responsible for smooth on-boarding process for new employees

3.2 Training & Development.- Responsible for effective implementation of training & development activity TNI activity / Training calendar formation & successful implementation in line with training budget.

3.3 PMS Responsible for coordinating for timely completion of PMS activity for India

3.4 GMC & GPA – Responsible for ensuring timely benefits of GMC & GPA Policy to all employees.

3.5 Budget Management – Responsible for providing monthly provision against budget from HR side

3.6 Legal & Statutory Compliances – Responsible for all compliance fulfillment on time from HR part

3.7 ISO,IATF & Customer Requirements – Ensure records keeping as per QMS, EMS, OH&SMS & Customer requirements from HR side

3.8 Labour Cases – Attend the hearing of cases in labour department as management representative

3.9 Payroll – Responsible for ensuring the timely process of payroll & disbursement of salaries every month.

4. Team Management & Development Jobs

4.1 Work Distribution – Responsible for work distribution within the team as per team members skills & potential

4.2 Skill Enhancement – Responsible for skill enhancement & multi skilling of team members by Job rotation and training sessions and creating healthy competition for work among team members

Support department head in day to day activities

• Create a bridge between sales HR, Admin and HR department for smooth coordination of common functions within the department.
• Any other job assigned by the Management for Business needs from time to time.
