What will be your role:-

• Re-skilling and up-skilling: Identify training needs and assist the L&D team in aligning training programs with business objectives.
• Plan weekly and daily meeting with the team.
• Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
• Conduct weekly meetings with business leaders / stakeholders and provide HR advice where necessary.
• Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance.
• Helping line managers in addressing organisational, people, and change-related issues.
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
• Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
• Assist HR head in building culture-related initiatives for making a bigger business impact.
• Implement HRMS interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
• Working together with the manager and HR team to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
• Exit Management – Taking exit interviews and working on the improvement areas with the HR Head.

What we are looking at:

a) Functional:

·  Min 4 years of work experience in talent acquisition and HRBP role.

·  Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·  Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.

·  Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organisation

b) Behavioural:

·  Maintains composure under pressure. 

·  Good team player able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
