HR administrator Role & Responsibilities:Forming and maintaining employee recordsUpdating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leavePreparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesReviewing and renewing company policies and legal complianceCommunicating with external partnersReporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnoverBeing the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queriesAssisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days takenHelping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expensesHave to Manage insurance PortfolioSecurity managementStationary Stock maintainingComputer OperatingTyping in Gujarati, Hindi & EnglishMs OfficeMust have knowledge of photoshopMust have fluency in english typing , Must have knowledge to write various application to Govt offices and tackle govt Deptmust have knowledge for scanning documentFactory ManagementJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9376999909
