If you are one of them, we expect you to have these few experiances and understandings-
Coordinating all administrative processes.
1. Manage budgets, policies and events or meetings
2. Handle planning, scheduling, record-keeping, announcing and reporting
3. Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations
4. Create and run instructive projects
5. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
6. Maintaining accounts
7. Providing coordination and doubt solving assisstance to students and trainers
Requirements and skills
1. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
2. Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
3. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
