Our job in LaSalle’s Digital Transformation Team is to be brave and accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units, we prototype ideas, test them in the real business scenarios, and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centered design, and the latest rapid development techniques–such as agile, microservices and DevOps–we help deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses.
For our Digital Transformation, we are building a LaSalle’s Digital Experience (LDX) Platform on Azure. The LDX platform will be powered by multiple COTS/Custom Build applications and unified data and content platforms. We are setting up Digital Engineering Hub in Bangalore to support the global implementation of LaSalle’s Digital Transformation Program.
Responsibilities
Undertake documentation of the end-to-end business process, functional, data and interface requirements, prioritize and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows, and user interfaces, produce/review of functional specifications and data mapping templates
Lead and deliver projects, work closely with scrum & supporting software delivery team to establish technical project plans & milestones, risk management plans, and deliverables using Agile framework and principles
Work closely with the Product Owner to execute the product roadmap & release delivery.
Work closely with the LaSalle software delivery team using Agile Software Development Methodology
Drive the adoption and rollout of Agile design and engineering practices which include test-driven development, continuous integration and release automation (CI/RA) as well as automated testing
Support the scrum team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventory
Provide guidance and direction to the software delivery team to ensure effective and continuous delivery pipeline with the appropriate level of automation. Coordinate delivery of system use cases and business requirements in the format needed for development to execute the project
Executing against milestones and tight timelines, providing regular status updates and effectively managing issue escalations
Experience supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of project. Also, Improve and support project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery through the use of project management tools, processes, and practices
Support the execution of Scrum processes (Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospective, product backlog grooming, and building product release plan)
Encourage and coach the teams for the adoption of good Agile practices, continuous improvement
Support SIT/UAT testing. Help plan, track and support the user acceptance testing and help investigate and address any issues

Experience, Technical Skills & Competencies
Experience
At least 5+ years of Business Analyst Experience in Investment Management Industry (mandatory); last 2 years working in digital projects / business transformation / process improvement projects
Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements, apply best practices (backlog management, capturing burndown & velocity metrics and user stories/estimation)
Experience driving multiple complex technology/business initiatives across multiple domains and markets. Superior ability to work with business and technology stakeholders across all levels
Good experience standard methodologies such as Waterfall, SDLC, Agile and Scrum
PMI professional certifications in Scrum or Project Management is preferred
Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution
Superb written and verbal skills in English, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors and between the project team and senior leadership
