Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for infrastructure and airport construction projects.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, engineers, and construction teams.

Project Management:

• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, and execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance on airport-specific construction elements such as runways, terminals, and hangars.
• Ensure the adoption of modern construction technologies and methods for efficient delivery.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, government bodies, contractors, and consultants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project updates.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contractual obligations with vendors and partners.

Budget and financial oversight:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Approve expenditures and monitor the financial performance of projects.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor project teams to enhance skills and performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address development needs.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to local and international construction codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in infrastructure and airport projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of airport construction standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English or Indonesia
