About the Team

This role is within our application support team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting software applications delivered on time and within budget. It offers knowledge of US banking, and the team name is Business eBanking.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide support for the US banking platform.

Requires 24/7 support.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Address business incidents and resolve them.

Work on change requests for any production changes.

Participate in application deployment.

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of production support experience with knowledge in the Windows platform and ASP.net.

Knowledge of IIS and SQL databases.

Familiar with ITIL process.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to work regular night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).

Added Bonus if You Have

Knowledge of OpenShift.

Knowledge of C# and OOPS concepts.

Networking knowledge.
