• Calendar and Meeting Management : Efficiently manage the Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Correspondence : Handle emails, letters, and communication on behalf of the Director, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Document Organization : Maintain organized records of documents, reports, and records for easy accessibility.
• Departmental Communication : Liaise with different departments to ensure timely preparation and submission of requested reports.
• Travel Coordination : Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Project Support : Aid in managing special projects, conducting research, and preparing
• presentations.
• Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-Solving : Address challenges, inquiries, and issues, finding practical solutions.
