The role:
As a SoftwareONE Associate – NOC you will be trained & responsible to monitor environments from customers and provide 24×7 technical support for issues regarding monitoring either raised by our customers or monitoring systems across a broad scope of Microsoft Azure/AWS and Backup solutions.
You will be trained & responsible to handle tickets raised by monitoring tool and make the proper communication with customer based on the process defined ensuring that everything in customer’s tenant is configured and working proper in monitoring scope, providing a key level of support to ensure their business remains stable.
Be responsible for tasks regarding monitoring in onboard phasis from new customers.
Post training completion you should be able to Suggest pro-actively improvements in monitoring environments from customers like threshold adjusts and maintenance window creation.
You will be part of a dynamic team of skilled colleagues, expected to keep your skills and qualifications up to date through SoftwareONE’s generous training allowance.
Your spoken English language skills will be essential in keeping customers informed of progress and dealing with any concerns.

Graduate degree in any Discipline
Understanding of Cloud – AWS / Microsoft Cloud/GCP
Excellent communication skills
You should be proactive and keen to take accountability.
Experience – 0-6 Months
Excellent English Communication skills
Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in Cloud.
Nice to Have:
An understanding of Cloud environment & any Certification on AWS / Microsoft considered as an added advantage.
