The responsibility of this role are:
Ø Handling all incoming calls and accordingly transferring the calls to the concerned person and departments.
Ø Management of stock related to stationery, pantry & housekeeping.
Ø Distribution of incoming, outgoing couriers & maintain record
Ø Maintain work related to printing (i.e. business cards, letter heads, envelopes, etc.)
Ø Managing pantry & housekeeping on day to day basis and ensuring cleanliness in office including its washrooms.
Ø Maintain effective co-ordination related to guest & visitors.
Ø Making necessary arrangements for the meetings and events (tea, coffee, snacks & lunch and other event related things).
Ø Need to check on daily bases conference room, meeting room, notice boards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 per month
