This individual will have to quickly understand the business’ unique needs and apply his/her expertise to help the business drive to a solution that meets user pain and Chase objectives. He/she will then collaborate with product owners, design partners, and technology to see through the execution and product development lifecycle. The individual will work closely with business, technology, and manage an ever-evolving roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies.
Create simple, intuitive product experiences for complex data insights and workflows to help customers understand a proposed solution
Provide domain knowledge to the agile development team and facilitating workshops
Work closely with the analytics team to track and curate actionable reports/metrics
Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to convert the business needs, initiatives into user stories & process flows that can be consumed by the development team
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, test plans and scripts, serve customer needs
Qualifications:
5 years + experience as a Business Analyst
Hands on experience in Agile development methodologies
Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical skills with proven problem solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business
Individual should be self-motivated, flexible, have a keen eye for detail and display a very high degree of ownership & accountability
Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines
Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
Experience in working on financial products is desirable
Experience in working in Payments space is desirable
