OPosition Summary

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales Planning & Control.

2. Preparing sales plans aligned to organization goals & objectives

3. Working closely with the team and jointly evolve the micro execution plan
Building excellent customer/ stakeholder relationship

4. Actively take product initiatives as per organizational objectives in the region.
Provide active sales and market inputs to management.

Core Sales Function

1.Managing & developing quality Sales pipeline to meet order booking, sales plans as per targets.

2. Application selling

3. Dealer / Agent management

4. Strong techno- commercial acumen

5. Driving sales for big projects & managing key accounts6. Closely supporting billing & collections

7. Market visits to meet customers to understand the trend, customer’s needs and product response

8. Co-ordinating & completely support the operations / service teams for ensuring customer satisfaction

9. Constantly improving on market information knowledge and discover new opportunities for growth

10. Constant feedback to management on market trend, product, competition performance & customer

11.Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Engineer BE/ B.TECH / DIPLOMA Mech/ Metallurgy/ Machine Tools/ Electrical/ Automobile with 8-9 years of experience in hardcore industrial equipment & consumables sales to industrial segments like Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Automobile & Other Industries.

KEY SKILLS:

1.Preferred from Industry background of industrial equipment’s, machineries, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems & pumps, bearings, welding industry etc.

2. People from Vacuum products background desirable but not necessary.

3. Good communication skills both written & spoken. Language spoken English, Hindi & local language

4. Decent command in excel & PPT is must.

5. Candidate must be self-driven & willing to work from residence.

6. Candidate should have his own vehicle two-wheeler/ car.

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,300,000.00 per year
