Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Lines of Business, Consumers, Compliance, and Technology to collate data sets
Interfacing with stakeholders in front office, middle office, and client onboarding teams
Coordinate with Lines Business Leads, Reference Data Domain Leads and Functional Domain SME’s to understand data capabilities, current state solutions and assess the ability to deliver a strategic platform
Preparing MIS reports & presentations for Senior management
Supporting leads & team with their infrastructure requirement, tracking headcount & Hiring activity within team
Facilitates the team events, conferences etc.
Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, client feedback)
Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights, gathering, modeling and analyzing data to test hypothesis and size opportunities;
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
7+ years of experience leading teams
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; Qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
Experience in data management, project management , Data Collation & reporting
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
Risk, control, procedure and target oriented
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines at peak delivery times
Ability to work within a team and to build key internal relationships across different stakeholders
Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
