Job Responsibilities
You will Process & validate account opening & various types of maintenance requests on client accounts for the private banking clients.
You will have to ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no delay.
Timely completion of cancellation and correction requests.
You will liaison with onshore partners and investor groups for timely resolution of exceptions.
Commit to respond promptly and accurately requests & inquiries from the Front Office and Client Service.
Contribute towards other processes during the cyclical phase of low volumes.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent work experience of min 5 years
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in fast paced, team-based environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Detail and control oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
