Organization Description
The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm’s cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. The group’s number one priority is to enable the business by keeping the firm safe, stable and resilient.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

Technology, Cloud Controls, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management.
Identity & Access Management
Identity and Access Management team provides identity and access management solutions for the firm’s infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.
Job Description:-
Wintel Operations Associate role will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to internal customers for fulfilling System access requests by leveraging multiple tools and systems for execution, You will be responsible for managing access administration daily functions in addition to driving security related projects and leading our automation efforts. You will also be accountable for process improvement/definition, risk standards alignment, oversight, and assist leadership on the platform administration functions. You will serve as a Liaison between clients and other technical groups to resolve access issues and will be responsible for complying with Information Technology Risk policies and standards. Ready to work on Flexible schedule in support of a global production environment.
Job Requirements:-

Role Description:-
3-5 yrs Experience of working on IAM role involving Active directory / Active Directory Federation Services
Creation, Deletion & Modification of Groups in Active Directory & LDAP
Creation, Deletion & Modification of User Accounts in Active Directory & LDAP
Enabling and disabling user accounts in domains.
Working closely with the downstream teams like end-user services, networking, application and server teams for resolving the severity issues.
Experience of creation of Distribution List (DL), shared Mailbox, Mailboxes
Experience in writing and executing Windows Powershell scripting.
Creation, Deletion & Modification of Shared Folders in Windows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
