As a Product Analyst in Branded Card team, you will own and deliver capabilities for Service my Card Area Product Group in partnership with the Area Product Owner. They will accept, prioritize, and execute the work to ensure the most valuable and meaningful functionality of the product delivers a superior experience for the customers and the entire organization. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for developing strong functional business knowledge and technical understanding of Digital Capabilities to assist in delivery of technology solutions for Branded Cards.
They will develop strong partnerships with their Area Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver superior products for Branded Card customers.
They will have the ability to write user stories and contribute to the overall work in the team/s sprint/s.
They will understand, coordinate, and communicate sprint, testing and implementation schedules to ensure successful technology solutions progress the business strategy and objectives.
They will attend SCRUM events and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
7 years of experience in information technology and/or Business Operations
Working knowledge of Credit card capabilities and analyzing, building software products with digital and technical capabilities
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working in an Agile environment
Technical and database knowledge a plus
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Be a strong self-starter who can proactively engage with a virtual, cross-organizational team and demonstrate critical thinking without formal direction
Possess interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills
Work with card and operational teams, while helping Area Product Managers understand end-to-end customer journeys in order to make decisions on designing and execute the small business strategic vision
Have strong oral and written presentation skills
