Delivery unit Co-Ordinator and Focal

Job Description:

1. Track DU Financial health on a weekly basis and publish reports to management

2. Update Panel Doc & capability dashboard on a monthly basis for reporting the metrics/capability to customer

3. Track Outstanding PO status & New PO received

4. Collaborate with PgMs to track team competency, role, attrition, new joinees etc

5. Work with the Project managers in improving the Project compliance score, provide support wherever needed.

6. Coordinate with PgMs in gathering data needed for Quarterly and monthly meeting presentation

7. Talent anchor for Delivery unit – Coordinate with delivery team, Hiring team and Campus hiring team for resource fulfillment

8. Track current open positions across Delivery unit , coordinate with panel & Hiring to set up interviews, release offer etc

9. Coordinate with RMG team and delivery team in identifying & hiring resources for proactive requirements

10. Coordinate with URDC for identifying freshers requirements and onboarding them to Delivery unit

11. Support with any other operational issue/data collection/coordination exercise as needed
