Together, we’re the next BIG thing in data.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Operations Leader with a deep understanding and knowledge about international trade compliance. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in trade operations. The successful candidate needs to be proficient in building teams, managing operations, and maintaining service level agreements with internal stakeholders. They will be adept at navigating complex trade environments and providing effective and compliant solutions. The incumbent will also have a keen interest in introducing automation in trade operations.The role requires staying up to date on new legislation, close liaison with the program management office and IT to assess the impact of new regulations on trade operations, proactively participate in designing the system controls and be part of writing up the business requirements. Drive change management and continual improvement initiative within the organization and at the same time have a high degree of attention to detail and a proficient understanding of the broader implications of local and global trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:
