Identity & Access Management Operations
Identity and Access Management Operations team is part Global Technology Infrastructure line of business, IAM operations team provides identity and access management support for the firm’s infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.
This is an L1 position in Privileged Access Operations team within IAM delivering support for privilege accounts vaulted in CyberArk vaults.
Job Description
This L1 position involves working with Privileged Access Operations team, responsible to onboard/off board/password management of Break Glass and App2App privileged accounts in Emergency Password Vault Cyber Ark. Successful candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in a fast-paced, dynamic and technically complex environment. The successful candidate will also enjoy building and maintaining cross-organization relationships with a desire for process simplification and end-user satisfaction, serving as a team evangelist and resource to our technical and business partners relating to Emergency Password Vault i.e. Cyber Ark Tool and elevated access.
Job Requirements: –
Good Communication skills, able to articulate well with customers and stakeholders
Knowledge on Identity and Access Management role & processes is must
Prior experience in processing IAM requests (Add/Modify/Delete) desired
Experienced in working with CyberArk Tool (or) Other IAM tool would be advantage
Experienced in troubleshooting CyberArk vaulting and password rotation issues
Knowledge on Windows Server Operating System access management
Knowledge on Oracle, MS-SQL & Sybase database access management
Experienced in Incident management & Change Management processes
Knowledge on Cloud concepts and Cloud Certification would be an advantage
Open to work in 24/7 Operations Support and Service Delivery Model, should be flexible for rotational shifts including weekend shifts.
Ready to work in mandatory Hybrid working model as per firm’s directions.
