JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Business Management – Associate at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

As the Business Management professional in our Asset and Wealth Management , you will spend each day driving solutions in Asset and Wealth Management business.

Your role will be an individual contributor in Private Banking Business Management team extended to India, supporting the global structure. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business. Your team is responsible for the Controls, Reporting and Oversight of Financial / Operating metrics as well as supporting various ad-hoc / business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead team with demonstrating strong project management and problem solving skills
• Provide a high level of expertise to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation and business initiatives
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create plans for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders / business partners to understand projects, controls, reporting and drive them with the team
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required Qualification, Capabilities And Skill

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
• 6+ years of total experience with preference of 3 years in Business Management / COO / similar role
• Proven experience in team management, delivering timely, high quality presentations for various projects and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Experience in building solutions on tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc.

Preferred Qualification, Capabilities And Skill

• Exposure to Project Management / Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
• Asset / Wealth Management sector experience is preferable
