As a Team Leader in our Margin and Collaterals, you will be responsible for ensuring collateral margin calls are exchanged as per agreed timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring collateral margin calls are exchanged as per agreed timelines and ensure timely delivery and receipt of collateral transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their collateral-related inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as trading, risk management, and legal to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor collateral movements and valuations, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in collateral management operations.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings, suggest ideas on process improvements, controls.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in collateral management, incorporating relevant insights into day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring continuity in collateral management practices.

Required Qualification, Skills And Capabilities

• Should have strong technical skills and detailed understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Derivatives products and Collateral Management.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal & written.
• Excellent understanding of the risk and able to identify, address and escalate issues promptly.
