Job Description

Designation: -Plant Manager(Accommodation & Food shall be provided by Company at Plant)Timings: -10 AM – 08 PM (Break Shift)Location: -Farm & Plant SurendranagarExperience: -5-7 years.Roles and Responsibilities Maintain quality objectives, prevent complaints and claims and keep quality to specifications through accurate inspections, non-compliance procedures, appropriate reporting, corrective actions and accuracy of paperwork along with sample submissions. Work with engineering and production to develop solutions to production & packaging. Food technologist experience in developing new food products for a food products company. Working on packaging innovation and technology. Check and improve safety and quality control procedures from the raw material & Finished Goods. Train the team and formalise the procedure and bring accountability for each batch production. Standardize the quality, taste, recipe and texture. Support and guide the customer care with query handling and do formal induction for products and its applications.Desired Candidate Profile Adequate knowledge for food licensing such as FSSAI, BIS, AGMARK etc. Excellent attention to detail, leadership qualities;. Flexible approach to working, numeracy and problem-solving. Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Sciences/Food and Nutrition/Food Technology. An awareness of the consumer market. Monitoring the use of additives, testing and examining samples, researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts;. Should have genuine interest in science and how it is applied to food and cookery.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR17,394.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
