Responsibilities: –
· Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
· Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
· Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
· Building New Network, maintaining client relationships, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus
· Confidence, Smart & co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
Required skills:
· Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing.
· Fluent spoken and written English.
· good attitude and positive mind-set.
· Must take initiative to complete task assigned.

Salary: ₹16,500.00 – ₹23,422.00 per month
