Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.Maintaining calendars and to do list for team calls and meetings.Co-ordinating with clients & other members of the company.Perform other tasks as assigned to support the department as and when required.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
