Title:

Sr. Specialist Procurement

The successful candidate will be part of the Chennai Transactional Administration team within the Chen nai Transactional Hub (CTH) . This is a great opportunity to gain experience procuring a wide range of goods and services across a wide range of locations .

KBR uses both bespoke and commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems, including but not limited to:

• SAP

• Deltek Costpoint

  Microsoft Dynamics

• KBRSupplier (KBR’s in-house supplier management/tendering tool)

• SPE

• SharePoint

  -OnBase

  • Knowledge of terms and conditions and ability to negotiate these with suppliers.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements from both Supply Chain and Requestor perspective.

  • A bility to oversee and perform the full range of subcontract administration activities associated with subcontracting work.

  • Service agreements

  • General T&C review for Indian contracts and HR agreements

  • Legal notices

  • Lease agreements – Vehicles, property, equipment, and other s

  • ISI support

  • Promotion & sponsorship review

  • Low risk IP

  • Supplier T&Cs review for orders of both goods and services
