Title: India Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibility:

• Manage the distribution canter warehouse and the raw material store warehouse in our Bangalore plant, including the daily operation (receiving, storage, shipping, return & scrap, etc.,), security, system (SAP & KIS) and 5S.
• Lead whole warehouse team and manage their performance, training, hiring and dismissing.
• Manage the import, export and local delivery to customers in India.
• Manage the logistics vendor performance for 3PL warehouse, brokers, local and corporate carriers.
• Responsible for the warehouse budget planning and actual spending management.
• Responsible for the best safety, EHS and trade compliance of warehouse and logistics in India.
• Closely follow and work with corporate and regional logistics team.
• Closely interact with internal (Mfg plant, Sales, CSR, QA, Finance, Legal, EHS, HR) and external stakeholders (customs, customers, suppliers, suppliers, etc.,) as logistics leader in India.
• Main KPI (include but not limited): Safety, On time Delivery, Productivity (line processed /hour/operator), Quality (error per million lines shipped), Cost (actual spending vs Plan), Stock accuracy (cycle count bin and value accuracy).

Qualification:

• Bachelor or higher degree, major in logistics, business administration or international trade is preferred
• Has 8+ years working experience in logistics operation (warehouse, transportation, import and export) with minimum 5 years as supervisor or manager with people management experience
• Good English speaking and writing
• Good windows office skill (excel, word, PPT, etc.)
• SAP experience is preferred
• Compliance, hard working with strong responsibility
• Good team leader and player, open and self-driven.
