Education 

Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering/ ITI in Mechanical Drafting. 

Experience 

5+ Years and above relevant Designing experience, mostly in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemicals sector, with large EPC companies or Engineering Consulting organizations. 

Job Knowledge 

•Proficiency in developing details & checking of all types of drawings, Plot Plan, equipment layout, Piping layout, Pipe support, Isometrics.  

•Proven record of managing drafting teams.   

•Knowledge of Statutory Codes & Standards (like IBR, OISD, TAC).  

•Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards 

•Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.   

Work Assignments 

•Developing the details for drafting.  

•Leading a team of Cad/PDS/Designers.  

•Planning & Scheduling drafting work.  

•Checking the work of team-members.  

•Participates in coordination with other disciplines.  

•Trouble shooting.  

•Directly supervises Cad operators, PDS Designers, Designers  

•Work as an Area lead whenever required.  

Software Tools 

•AutoCAD and Micro station,  

•Navis works 

•SP3D, PDS, PDMS, Cadworx,Auto PLANT 

•Microsoft Office Suite
