Full Job Description
· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline the processes· Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, supplies, products, or services.· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.· Creation of monthly, quarterly, annually administration budget and ensure adherence· Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities ,security , housekeeping and tradespersons (e.g electricians, gardeners)· Ensure records and reports prepared in an appropriate form and on a timely basis.· Manage and maintain the physical office space including space planning, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, supplies inventory, equipment, procuring additional and/or alternative office space, management of any physical office moves.· Develop and implement office administration policies as required.· Ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions, regular maintenance, executing AMCs etc.· Develop new vendors tie ups, facilitate rate negotiations, bill processing & payment follow ups.Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
